Just because I am always asked about it… SKIN CARE!

I think the 3 most important things we need for anti-aging skin care are:

  • Vitamin C in the morning

    • this is our antioxidant! Vitamin C repairs our skin, improves texture, and may slow the signs of aging. Vitamin C fights the free radicals that can damage our skin, so use it in the daytime, before applying sunscreen

  • Retinoid at night

    • Also known as Vitamin A, Retinoids may reduce fine lines and wrinkles by increasing the production of collagen. Warning- it takes three to six months of regular use before improvements in wrinkles are apparent. Retinoids can cause skin dryness and irritation! So start it slow- use it at night every other day at first and then gradually working up to nightly applications.

  • Sunscreen every day
